The program is broadcast 24/7 on the frequency of 103.8 MHz (FM band) and can be heard in and around Vilnius. 80 percent programs consist of music. News is broadcast every hour in Polish, summaries in Lithuanian and Russian. Informative, cultural, religious programs, contests and advertising are broadcast in Polish, Lithuanian and Russian.

Since 1989 published newspaper, later Znad Wilii magazine, since 1995. the Polish art gallery “Znad Wilii” operates.
